RWA Open Exhibition

Finally submitted one of my peices for the Royal West of England’s Academy Open Exhibition.

Fingers crossed I’ll get selected and along with getting hung in this prestigious gallery, it could unlock possilities for me as a upcoming Artist….even to get through to the 1st witting down process would be massive to be honest!! When I applied there were already over 6000 entries!!

This is my work I’ve entered, A print taken from an etching using Printers Ink on Somerset paper.

And the one that got away. I decided in the end against entering this acrylic painted peice in the end. Although I like it, I felt the other was more suited to the RWA and has a stronger chance of being selected.
